13^th NAWA Annual National Gathering

July 16-18, 2008 – Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community - Mystic Lake Casino Hotel

Dear Tradeshow Exhibitor's:

     The 13^th Annual National, Native American Water Association (NAWA) Annual Gathering will be held July 16-18, 2008 at  The Mystic Lake Casino Hotel .  Over 200 Tribal Drinking Water and Wastewater professionals from across the nation are expected to attend this year's annual gathering. These groups include tribal, federal, state and the private sector representatives of the drinking water and wastewater industries.

     All registered exhibitors will set-up on the afternoon and evening of July 15, 2008, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. (NAWA is also accepting drawing items for give away and door prizes during the conference).  Tradeshow exhibitor's area will be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on July 16-17, 2008.  All gathering programs will be held in proximity to the exhibits, which should allow ample time for gathering attendees to meet with tradeshow exhibitors. All scheduled breaks during the conference will be held in proximity to the tradeshow exhibit area.  Tradeshow exhibitor's fees are $500.00 for the booth and one attendant for the two-day tradeshow and an additional $200.00 per additional booth attendant. Security will be provided. Tradeshow exhibit breakdown is scheduled for start after 4:00 PM on July 17, 2008.

     This years Annual National Gathering will have thirty (30) tabletop exhibit spaces which are available on a first-come first-served basis. Hotel room reservations must be made by June 15, 2008.  All exhibitor's must contact the hotel directly for all your shipping and set-up needs.
